                               POLICY & PROCEDURES MANUAL - US PROD’Z DALABEL

  1. 1Policy & Procedures Manual1. Introduction This manual provides policies and procedures to ensure consistent, professional, and creative operations across all departments of US PROD’Z DALABEL. It applies to staff, artists, contractors, and clients.2. Organizational Structure Studio Manager–Oversees music & video studio operations Executive Secretary–Administrative support, scheduling, correspondence Music Producers (2)–Beat production, mixing, mastering Videographers (2)–Filming, editing, video studio projects Graphic Designer–Branding, logos, marketing materials Photographers (2)–Portrait, creative, and event photography Gaming Studio Manager–Gaming lounge, rentals, safety rules Operations Supervisor–Coordinates departments, ensures compliance
  2. 3. Departmental Policies Music Studio Services: Beat Production, Vocal Recording, Mixing, Mastering, Studio Rentals Booking Policy: Sessions must be scheduled in advance with deposit. Equipment Use: Only trained staff may operate equipment. Confidentiality: All recordings remain property of the label unless otherwise contracted. Payments: Hourly/block sessions must be paid upfront. Video Studio Services: Music Videos, Short Films, Commercial Shoots, Rentals, On-location Filming Creative Rights: Footage copyrighted under label until released. Safety: On-set safety rules must be followed. Studio Etiquette: Punctuality required; late arrivals reduce shoot time. Rental: Hourly rentals require 50% deposit at booking.
  3. Event Coverage (Outside Services) Services: Baptisms, Weddings, Funerals, Communions, Concerts, Graduations, Podcasts Travel Fees: May apply depending on location. Dress Code: Professional appearance required for all events. Media Rights: Client receives final product; label may retain portfolio rights unless opted out. Deposit: 30% non-refundable booking fee. Photography Studio Services: Portraits, Creative Shoots, Passport/ID Photos Creative Shoots: Must respect decency guidelines (artistic, tasteful). Passport Photos: Must meet government regulations. Ownership: Clients receive edited files; raw files remain property of the studio. Printing Services: Copies, Logos, Flyers, Banners, T-shirts, Vinyl Prints, Document Corrections Proofing: Clients must approve designs before printing.
  4. Payments: Full payment required before large orders go to print. Corrections: Studio not liable for errors after client approval. Video Game Room Services: PS5, PS5Portable, PS4, Nintendo Switch, VR Rules: No food or drinks inside gaming area. Time Use: Sessions charged hourly; no extensions without payment. Supervision: Under 16 must be accompanied by guardian. Damage Policy: Users responsible for intentional equipment damage. Other Servies : Form Assistance, Ticket Purchases, International Orders, Business Consulting, Web Creation Confidentiality: Client data handled with strict privacy.
  5. Consulting: Requires written agreement with scope and fees. Ticketing & Ordering: Service fee added on top of actual cost.4. Code of Conduct Respect between team, clients, and artists. No harassment, discrimination, or unprofessional behavior. Timeliness: Sessions/events start and end as scheduled. Confidentiality: Client projects are private.5. Intellectual Property & Rights Masters, mixes, videos, and photos remain property of the label unless specified by contract. Artists may purchase rights with proper legal documentation. Portfolio use allowed unless a confidentiality clause is signed.6. Financial Policies
  6. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is from the label. All balances due before delivery of final products. Staff must report expenses with receipts within 7 days.7. Health, Safety & Security No smoking, alcohol, or drugs inside premises. Equipment safety training required for all staff. Emergency exits must remain accessible. Gaming room sanitized daily; VR sanitized between uses. 8.Marketing & Branding Only approved content may be posted under the label’s name. Personal accounts of staff/artists must not harm the label’s image. All collaborations require written approval.
  7. 9. Review & UpdatesThis manual is reviewed annually by the Operations Supervisor & Studio Manager. Updates will be communicated to all staff and artists in writing
